The total cost depends on how long your move takes, which is influenced by the volume of items, distance, stairs, and parking accessibility.
We recommend being present at the start and end of your move to do walkthroughs and direct the crew. However, if you can't be there, you can designate a trusted person to be on-site in your place. Just let us know in advance.
Many LA neighborhoods require parking permits for moving trucks. You'll need to obtain these from the city, typically 3-5 days in advance. If parking is difficult, we can safely load from a distance or make multiple trips if needed.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend moves or end-of-month dates which are busiest. However, we do offer same-day moves when our schedule allows—call us to check availability.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, chemicals), perishable food, plants, live animals, or pool tables. We also recommend transporting important documents, jewelry, and irreplaceable items yourself.
Yes! We have experience moving pianos, safes, antiques, artwork, and other specialty items. Just let us know in advance so we can ensure the right equipment and crew size. Additional charges may apply for very heavy or delicate items.
