Understanding Long Distance Pricing

Long distance moves are priced differently than local moves. Here's what you need to know:

  • Volume-Based Pricing: Cost is based on the amount of space your items take in the truck
  • Distance Factor: Mileage between origin and destination
  • Binding vs. Non-Binding Estimates: We offer binding quotes so you know your exact cost upfront
  • Additional Services: Packing, storage, and special handling quoted separately

How Payment Works

After we provide your quote and you decide to book:

  • Deposit: A small deposit of $100-$200 secures your moving date
  • At Loading: Half of the remaining balance is collected when we load your items into the truck
  • At Delivery: The final half is collected when we finish unloading at your new home

No surprise charges. The binding quote we provide is the price you pay, regardless of any changes on moving day (unless you add items).
